Workshop Training:
- Instruct on workshop discipline, occupational safety, 5S methodology, machine operations (SMAW welding, gas cutting, HF hand grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, lathe operations).
- Conduct practical sessions with focus on safety and precision.
- Carry out monthly tests, fortnightly progress reporting, and quarterly appraisals in coordination with supervisors and managers.
3. Examination & Compliance
- Organize practical exams for Apprentice Trainees as part of All India Trade Test (AITT) per government guidelines.
- Prepare question papers, raw materials, conduct exams, evaluate, and prepare mark sheets.
- Manage apprenticeship data and claims submission for MATS & NAPS schemes, including e-KYC and E-Shram card updates on government portals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship training programs and government compliance.
- Experience in technical training in mechanical/engineering trades.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluations.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative and training tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and portal management.
