Mechanical Engineer (TATA POWER)

Workshop Training:

• Instruct on workshop discipline, occupational safety, 5S methodology, machine operations (SMAW welding, gas cutting, HF hand grinding, drilling, tapping, milling, lathe operations).
• Conduct practical sessions with focus on safety and precision.
• Carry out monthly tests, fortnightly progress reporting, and quarterly appraisals in coordination with supervisors and managers.

3. Examination & Compliance

• Organize practical exams for Apprentice Trainees as part of All India Trade Test (AITT) per government guidelines.
• Prepare question papers, raw materials, conduct exams, evaluate, and prepare mark sheets.
• Manage apprenticeship data and claims submission for MATS & NAPS schemes, including e-KYC and E-Shram card updates on government portals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship training programs and government compliance.
• Experience in technical training in mechanical/engineering trades.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluations.
• Ability to handle multiple administrative and training tasks effectively.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and portal management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,526.99 per month
