Mechanical Equipment Section Chief

We are looking for a “Mechanical Equipment Section Chief ” for our heavy industry project taking place in Russia.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams,
• Experience in managing subcontractors and field teams,
• At least 5 years of experience in managing machine equipment operations,
• Ability to monitor and report on machine and equipment efficiency,
• Team management skills,
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to lead effectively.
• Familiarity with GOST regulations is a big plus,
• Ensuring compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations while advancing mechanical equipment processes.

Job Description:

• Identify project needs according to the work plan for the management and administration of field machines and equipment,
• Intervene when necessary to increase machine and equipment efficiency and provide recommendations to upper management and other disciplines,
• Plan and manage maintenance and repair processes for machines and equipment used on-site, in accordance with project requirements,
• Ensure the preparation of technical documentation and reports,
• Plan and manage the scheduled tracking of mechanical equipment,
• Control of mechanical equipment costs.
