Mechanical Lead

Responsible for all maintenance processes running at the factory by managing the mechanical team and development & installation processes.

Responsibilities:

Performance

• Responsible for all mechanical maintenance processes running at the factory by managing the mechanical team.
• Monitor the implementation of maintenance items and the causes of diffraction and find the proper corrective action in order to improve machines’ performance.
• Enforce the use of all safety procedures to reduce accidents and incidents to an absolute minimum by developing work procedures that adhere to safety and environmental cleanliness principles.

Audits

• Determine the causes of deviations from objectives set and improvement opportunities and order priorities.
• Participate in external and internal audits on TPM system and ISO in order to ensure its properly applied.

Spare parts

• Follow-up spare parts machines’ plan and its inspection in order to maintain their quality to request the required spare parts.
• Contribute in implementing manufacture and repair orders of spare parts and prepare designs using Solid works and AutoCAD in and outside the company in order to reduce cost orders.
• Supervise on coding failures and spare parts in order to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR.
• Follow-up spare parts receiving and the delay reasons in purchasing to keep the non-stop of machines.

Downtime

• Participate in the preparation of maintenance plan to achieve the required production plan and the installation of new machines to save time.
• Supervise on machines and equipment breakdowns in order to maximize availability.
• Optimize energy consumption and eliminate its losses within the factory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the food industry is MUST.
