Job Description: TM – Mechanical Maintenance

Position: TM – Mechanical Maintenance
Salary - 5 LPA - 5.5 LPA
Location - Chakan
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3–5 years of experience, or Diploma with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall mechanical maintenance activities during the shift
• Execute breakdown maintenance and ensure maximum machine/equipment availability
• Plan and carry out Preventive, Predictive, and Annual Maintenance as per schedule
• Perform root cause analysis and work on solving mechanical issues in CNC and other process machines
• Oversee inspection and health monitoring of mechanical systems, utility equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
• Handle spare parts planning, inventory control, and coordination with vendors
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO, work-at-height, ISO and OHSAS requirements
• Maintain records related to maintenance activities, MTTR/MTBF tracking, and equipment performance
