Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

1️ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Performed preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, lathe, and conventional machines.
• Diagnosed and resolved electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Reduced machine downtime through root cause analysis.

2️ CNC / VMC Machine Maintenance

• Maintained machines from manufacturers like Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi Electric control systems.
• Handled servo drives, spindle motors, ball screws, and linear guideways.
• Performed alignment, backlash checking, and calibration.

3️ Lathe & Conventional Machines

• Maintained gearboxes, lead screws, chuck assemblies, and coolant systems.
• Conducted machine leveling and accuracy checks.
• Replaced bearings, belts, couplings, and mechanical components.

4️ Assembly Line Maintenance

• Maintained conveyor systems, pneumatic cylinders, and sensors.
• Troubleshot PLC-based control panels.
• Ensured smooth workflow with minimal line stoppage.

5️ Electrical & Automation

• Handled PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric.
• Troubleshot VFDs, SMPS, relays, contactors, and control wiring.
• Read electrical drawings and ladder logic diagrams.

6️ Documentation & Safety

• Maintained maintenance logs and machine history records.
• Implemented 5S and TPM activities.
• Ensured compliance with safety standards.
• Must have knowledge of IATF and ISO Audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
