Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of shopfloor machinery and equipment.
• Designing and fabricating jigs, fixtures, and custom small machinery to improve production efficiency and production processes
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, panels, drives, and controls
• Supporting routine electrical maintenance, wiring, and small panel installations
• Conducting diagnostics to pre-empt faults and minimise unplanned downtime
• Maintaining detailed records of service, repairs, and equipment logs
• Assisting with installation, calibration, and small-scale custom modifications or setups as needed
• Training Supervisors in designated zones to handle minor operational or maintenance needs that arise in day-to-day machine usage, with the aim of reducing downtime. Regular and random checks should be conducted to identify and correct any deviations or errors by the concerned Supervisors.
