Mechanical Manager (Nabisar Water Reservoir Project)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mechanical Manager to join our team for the Nabisar Water Reservoir Project. The ideal candidate will lead all mechanical engineering and construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all mechanical construction and installation activities at the project site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor mechanical works to ensure timely project execution.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage mechanical resources, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote a safe working environment.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree will be an added advantage).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in mechanical construction, preferably in water infrastructure, reservoirs, pipelines, pumping stations, or large-scale civil/mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
