Mechanical Manager – Water Reservoir Project Nabisar

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Mechanical Manager for our ongoing Water Reservoir Project at Nabsiar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all mechanical works related to the water reservoir project.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, civil, electrical, and QA/QC teams.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and resource planning.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the site effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones within approved budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, water reservoir, pipeline, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, site execution, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in remote project sites.
