Employment Type: Full-Time (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM), 6 days working

Salary: 20000 – 50000 (Based on interview & Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 1–4 years

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Overview:

CAPEX Construction & Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Project Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, project execution, and planning, especially in the builders/real estate segment. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution related to electrical and mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, manage, and execute MEP works for construction projects in the real estate & government sector.

 Supervise installation and commissioning of Electrical Underground Cabling, Distribution Networks, and City Gas Pipeline Systems.

 Handle Electrical Substation projects (33 KVA & 11 KVA) including equipment installation and commissioning.

 Prepare and maintain project costing, budget estimates, and expense reports.

 Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to avoid delays.

 Manage on-site resources and supervise field execution teams to ensure project timelines are met.

 Create detailed project progress and cost tracking reports.

 Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Required Skill Set:

 Sound knowledge of MEP planning and execution.

 Expertise in Electrical underground cabling and distribution networks.

 Familiarity with City Gas pipeline systems and their safety protocols.

 Practical experience with 33 KVA & 11 KVA substations.

 Strong understanding of project costing and budget tracking.

 Effective team management and leadership skills.

 Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

 Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and other reporting tools.

Additional Requirements:

 Willing to travel to project sites as required.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
