Mechanical Project Engineer

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to design and implement mechanical systems for projects, ensuring all specifications and standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to guarantee timely completion within financial constraints.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced technical roles.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification to demonstrate a high level of expertise in the field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical project engineering, preferably in sectors such as HVAC, automotive, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
