Mechanical Project Manager

Qualification

6 to 8 years of experience in the relevant industry

Masters or Degree in Mechanical field

Responsibilities

- Experience in steel structure manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of skids, enclosures, fuel tanks, mufflers etc. is plus !

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently.

- Correspond with the client on contractual and commercial matters.

- Ensure that projects meet the contract specifications and time frame.

- Delegate effectively, empowering team members and supporting their development to achieve both individual and organizational goals.

- Continuously review internal processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with best practices.

- Identify and resolve the conflicts and resolve the bottle necks in the project.

- Systematically track project productivity and schedule, report same and prepare contingency plans when required.

- Supervise, coach/ mentor and motivate the project team members in order to enhance their capabilities and performance.

- Identify lessons learned and propose improvement/mitigation actions for improvement.

- Improvement and development of department process and procedures.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
