Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
  • Review and interpret mechanical plans and specifications and ensure quality installation.
  • Manage equipment and material procurement and submittal processes.
  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently.
  • Utilize tools like BIM360, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and project scheduling updates; address issues proactively to minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements related to mechanical systems installation.
  • Foster effective communication among all stakeholders to maintain momentum and resolve conflicts swiftly.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering or similar degree or training.
  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on mechanical systems installation; prior construction site experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as BIM360, ProCore and Bluebeam for submittals and documentation.
  • Familiarity with construction management practices including project scheduling, site safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
