Mechanical QS orEngineer

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for a Mechanical QS or Engineer (with QS Experience) in Doha-Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Verification of progress payment documents
• Quantity take-off and cost control for mechanical works
• Preparation and review of handover documents (Warranty/Spare Parts/O&M Manuals, etc.)
• Support final account & project close-out

Requirements

• Experience in Mechanical QS or similar role (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in progress payment verification
• Experience in project closing / handover stage
• Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, cost tracking)
• Good understanding of construction documents

Preferred

• Middle East project experience
• Experience in final account / variation
• Knowledge of contract (FIDIC preferred)
