Job Title: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to mechanical works, from initial calculations to final figures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Manage project variations and claims
• Coordinate with project and site teams
• Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying
• GCC experience preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills
