Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) – Oil & Gas Experience Mandatory

Location: Head Office, Lusail

Duration: 02 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, layouts, and project specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material quantification from engineering drawings.
• Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-off reports to support tender estimates.
• Assist the Estimation Team in material take-offs, MTO verification, and bid preparation activities.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity take-offs within Oil & Gas, Industrial, EPC, or Construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with piping materials, material grades, fittings, flanges, valves, and associated components.
• Proficiency in quantity estimation and material take-off activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Good mathematical and geometrical understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off documentation.
