Proficient in developing detailed 3D models, preparing coordinated shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clash detection, and model updates to support design and construction phases.

Key Skills:

• Revit MEP & AutoCAD
• BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks)
• HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems modeling
• Shop drawings & as-built documentation
• Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA)
