Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM models for construction and design projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Review and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and client specifications.
• Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM software.
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical issues.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on BIM processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360, or similar advanced BIM tools.
• Professional certifications in BIM are an advantage.
