Civil Site Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure) with 3–5 years of UAE experience to join our project team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site works for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at site.
• Assist in material inspections, quality control, and testing as per project requirements.
• Review and verify site measurements for progress billing and variations.
• Support the project manager in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality and UAE infrastructure regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
