Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Managers to deliver high-value construction projects in the UAE. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Manage day-to-day project execution for commercial, residential, and high-rise developments.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and UAE regulations.
• Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and audits.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Implement risk management and change control processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 to 8 years’ experience inside UAE.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
• A valid UAE driver's license.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
