About the Role:

RZ Trading and Construction is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our growing team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling MEP materials, strong technical knowledge, and solid connections with infrastructure contractors and consultants in the Omani market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP sector.
• Manage client relationships and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Support in tendering and bidding for MEP supply contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for project execution.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in selling MEP materials (Piping, valves, fittings, accessories, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Omani construction and infrastructure market.
• Established network of contractors, consultants, and procurement decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare technical/commercial offers and follow up professionally.
• Must be based in Oman with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
