KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. To support our growth plans, Service Sales is considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.

Reporting directly to the Service Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Engineer to be based in our Muscat, Oman office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty, and hence, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, having a solution-selling approach

  • Good understanding of the Service / Maintenance business within the Elevators and Escalators industry

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service

  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.

  • Experience in the local Oman market is preferred.

  • Fluency in English is a must & Arabic communication is an added advantage.
