Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and providing technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients explaining company services and solutions.
  • Study project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and project discussions as required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales within the fit-out, MEP, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project estimation, tendering, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Valid Omani driving license (preferred).
