Mechanical Site Engineer

Our client, a group of companies in the field of EPC contracting and Total Facilities Management, executing several major and landmark projects for prime clients - is looking for Mechanical Site Engineers for its palace projects.

The role is responsible for ensuring timely completion of work requests & Equipment distributions satisfactorily within the estimated duration.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Supervisory experience in Mechanical O&M, QA/QC Mechanical Inspection.
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.

Key Skills & Competencies

1) Trade skills:

• Advanced knowledge of the mechanical engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to civil works.
• Interpreting and executing mechanical related drawings.
• Advanced management skills.
• Skilled in developing different landscape irrigation systems, like sprinklers, sprayers, bubblers, and drip irrigation networks.
• Planning, Creative Problem Solving, Efficiency Improvement, Diagnosing Malfunction, Maintenance Improvement, Estimation Required Materials, Overhauling Repair, Coordination.

2) Interpersonal skills:

• Problem Solving.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Displays strong written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.

d) Computer skills MS word/Excel/Power point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• mechanical QA QC inspection: 5 years (Required)
• facilities management: 7 years (Required)
• supervisory: 5 years (Required)
