Education :- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience - Minimum 3 Years UAE experience in Building construction

· Ability to work both independently and as a part of team.

· Excellent oral and written communication.

·Knowledge of HVAC shop drawing, material submittal preparation and getting approval from the consultant/client.

·Design knowledge using HAP and selection of AC equipment selection, duct, refrigerator pipe and chilled water pipe, grills, and diffuser selection.

·Site execution such as HVAC system installation, testing and commissioning and project handover.

·Knowledge of drafting and estimation.

·Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of HVAC change work order.

·Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the team or Subcontractor.

· Coordinating and administrating HVAC-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.

·Assist in the testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment.

·Log and post all HVAC changes and as-built information on field drawings.

·Ensure that team or Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.

·Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.

·Validate design issues related to HVAC and suggest alternative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
