We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor with specific experience in the maintenance of Printing, Lamination, and Slitting machines. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our production facility by managing all mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities (JDs):

• Machine Maintenance: Lead the mechanical maintenance of Printing, Lamination, and Slitting machines to ensure zero downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix mechanical issues related to rollers, tension control systems, gears, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Preventive Planning: Execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
• Team Supervision: Manage a team of technicians and helpers for quick machinery overhauling.
• Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts for printing and slitting equipment.
• Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all machines operate under safety protocols and at maximum efficiency levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: DAE Mechanical or B.Tech (Mechanical).
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience specifically in Flexible Packaging or Printing industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical alignments and high-speed machinery.
