Mechanical Supervisor (Facility Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical systems and ensure their efficient operation for a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support smooth operations across all mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, and other facility equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all mechanical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports.
• Support energy management initiatives and cost-efficient solutions.
• Assist in mechanical design review and implementation of facility upgrades.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance and O&M projects.
• Strong technical knowledge for Facility Maintenance Supervisors.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
