We are hiring for international clients of STP, WTP for Qatar (Locally available with Valid QID)

Mechanical Technician- Water Treatment Plants

Duration:1 year and extendable

Location: Near to Wakra

Salary: Based on Merit

FAT: By the client

Rotational Shifts

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:3- 5 years GCC experience in water treatment plants

· Hands-on experience with rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, blowers, compressors), valves, and gearboxes

· Competence in alignment (dial gauge / laser), overhauling, mechanical seal replacement, and bearing replacement

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and P&ID.

· Experience with submersible sewage pumps, screw pumps, and progressive-cavity pumps

· Familiarity with membrane systems (ultrafiltration modules) and dewatering equipment (belt press, centrifuge)

· Basic vibration analysis / condition monitoring awareness (ISO 10816 bands)

· HSE certification (H2S awareness, confined space awareness, working at height)

· Prior Ashghal-site experience (Doha North, Doha West, Industrial Area STP, or equivalent)
