WHY 3RD SHIFT MATTERS

Third Shift protects the peace. While the building rests, you stay present—responding with quiet professionalism, supporting overnight needs, and preparing the space for morning. It’s focused, steady work that keeps residents safe and cared for around the clock.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• If already trained in medication administration, great—we welcome you
• If not yet trained, we’ll mentor you internally
• Flexibility to float, assist with care, and adapt to changing needs
• Calm, dependable presence and excellent communication skills
• A heart for service and a commitment to treating every resident with dignity

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide direct care and support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, etc.)
• Administer medications and document per state regulations (if trained)
• Float between assisted living and memory care to support teammates and residents
• Assist with evening routines, social gatherings, and family visits
• Monitor for changes in condition and communicate with nursing and leadership
• Collaborate with a team that values transparency, and shared accountability

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
