Med Tech/Caregiver

```Duties:

- Assist with Medication

-Maintains Medication Log

- Restock Med Cart
- Perform vital signs measurements such as blood pressure, blood sugars
- Provide care and support to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

-Assist residents with personal hygiene task and other activities of daily living

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working as a Medication Tech or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities or memory care needs is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Must be reliable, punctual and Team Player

- Med Tech License

- First Aid / CPR

- Clear Level 2 background
