Med Tech/Caregiver 1st & 2nd Shift - Part Time

Touchstone of Mayville is a small, person-centered CBRF serving up to 10 adult residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity and as much independence as possible. As a Caregiver, you will support residents with daily living tasks, promote community engagement, and ensure a high quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Administer medications per training and facility policy
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities
• Support behavioral and emotional needs in a respectful, positive manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Document care provided and report changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous caregiving or CBRF experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on shift duties)
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening
• CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, First Aid/Choking) – preferred but can be obtained after hire
