Namhya Foods is an Ayurveda-led D2C wellness brand offering healing teas backed by 80 years of Ayurvedic practices, featured on Shark Tank India Season 1 and backed by Aman Gupta (Co-founder, boAt).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a media buyer who can execute, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google for a fast-growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and scale paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
• Manage and optimise high ad budgets (₹50L+ per month)
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversions and overall funnel performance
• Analyse performance data and share actionable insights

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paid media
• Proven experience handling large monthly ad spends
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta & Google Ads
• Experience with D2C / e-commerce brands (brand-side or agency-side)
• Performance-first mindset with strong analytical skills
