Job Overview

We are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across ecommerce and SaaS brands.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels while maintaining strong ROAS and CPA targets.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will manage everything from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Scale ecommerce and SaaS acquisition funnels profitably
  • Structure campaigns for testing (creatives, audiences, offers, funnels)
  • Optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and revenue targets
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently
  • Set up proper conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and pixels
  • Monitor attribution and troubleshoot tracking issues with analytics team
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Continuously improve performance through testing and iteration
  • Work closely with design, content, and tracking teams
Must-Have Skills (Required)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Experience running paid ads for ecommerce brands
  • Experience running paid ads for SaaS or lead generation funnels
  • Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRO
  • Solid knowledge of attribution and tracking basics
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions
  • Budget management and scaling experience
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years hands-on experience managing paid ads
  • Proven results with ecommerce or SaaS growth campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Good written and verbal English communication
