About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and experienced in managing campaigns for international clients with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies
  • Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Track campaign performance, conversions, and KPIs
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for clients and management
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising strategies and platform updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Experience managing campaigns for US or UK clients
  • Experience managing ad budgets of $10,000/month or higher
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools
