We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our team and drive data-driven marketing campaigns in local and international market. The ideal candidate will excel in strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance-based advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Research and target specific audiences to maximize campaign impact.
Media Buying:
- Plan and negotiate ad placements with platforms and publishers to achieve cost-effective and high-performing results.
- Continuously monitor media budgets to ensure spending aligns with goals.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Use A/B testing to refine creatives, targeting, and strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on local and international market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity.
- Adapt campaigns based on cultural nuances and seasonal demand
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce impactful ad creatives.
- Coordinate with sales and business teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
Optimization:
- Continuously refine campaigns through data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Explore and implement new tools, trends, and advertising techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, with a focus on the UK, UAE and USA market
- Expertise in running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards.
- Understanding of cultural and consumer behavior of each market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
