Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage direct media buying campaigns as well as campaigns on ad networks.
- Negotiate rates, placements, and deals with publishers, networks, and traffic sources.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for ROI, scale, and efficiency.
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging media opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable management insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in media buying (direct buys and networks).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using campaign tracking and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of direct response and performance marketing.
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver on performance targets.
- SEO knowledge is a plus (understanding traffic quality, funnels, and organic growth impact).
- Experience in the financial publishing or fintech industry is a bonus but not required.
