Media Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Media Content Creator to produce high-quality video and photo content with experience 3-5 years in real estate that showcases our luxury real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong technical skills in photography, videography, and post-production, who can bring properties and lifestyle experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling.

The Media Content Creator will capture both in-house and external events, as well as create engaging property visuals for use across digital platforms. Working closely with social media and marketing teams, they will ensure content is effectively distributed to maximize engagement and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for luxury property listings, events, and lifestyle promotions.
• Plan, storyboard, and execute shoots for both internal and external projects.
• Edit and finalize media content using professional editing software; ensure alignment with the brand’s creative direction.
• Work closely with social media and digital marketing teams to integrate content into campaigns for organic and paid channels.
• Maintain an organized media archive for easy access and repurposing.
• Ensure all visuals meet brand, style, and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites, events, and other locations as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and media production; preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury brand sectors.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Experience in editing and optimizing content for multiple digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
• Understanding of content strategies for both organic and paid distribution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, social media, and creative teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on-location and adapt to varying schedules.
