The Media & Content Director is responsible for leading the development of narrative-driven content across creative projects, attractions, exhibitions, immersive environments, and audience experiences. The role combines creative leadership with hands-on development of storytelling, media content, and narrative frameworks that shape engaging visitor journeys.
This role focuses on creative storytelling and content development for experiences and attractions and does not fall under marketing or promotional communications. The position supports the creative vision of the company by developing narrative and content used within attractions, experiences, and creative installations.
The Director will work closely with creative, design, technology, and production teams to translate stories, cultural narratives, and creative concepts into compelling content that enhances audience engagement.
Responsibilities: Narrative & Content Development:

Develop story worlds, characters, and narrative structures that support creative projects and audience experiences.

Create scripts, narrative outlines, and content frameworks used across attractions, exhibitions, and creative environments.

Support the integration of media, sound, visuals, and storytelling elements within experiences and creative installations.

Work closely with creative team, experience designers and technology teams to ensure narrative continuity and content integration.

Participate in concept development workshops and creative development processes for new projects and experiences.

Ensure content quality, narrative consistency, and alignment with creative and cultural objectives.

Explore innovative storytelling techniques that enhance audience engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, Storytelling, Communications, Creative Writing, Media Production, or a related field.
Years & Nature of Experience:

8–10 years of experience in
creative storytelling, content development, narrative design, or creative media roles
.

Experience working on
creative projects, attractions, exhibitions, museums, experiential environments, or entertainment initiatives
is highly desirable.

Strong experience in
narrative development and creative content creation
.

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams including creative, design, production, and technology teams.
