Job Summary

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating media activities across digital and traditional platforms. This role ensures smooth execution of media projects, effective communication between creative teams and clients, and timely delivery of content aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and distribution of media content across various platforms
• Manage communication between designers, videographers, editors, and clients
• Assist in planning media campaigns and content schedules
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain organized records of media assets, campaigns, and approvals
• Support social media content planning and posting coordination
• Review content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client requirements
• Assist in organizing photoshoots, video shoots, and media events
• Monitor media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and reach
• Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production teams when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in media coordination, marketing, or content production
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
• Basic understanding of media production workflows

Preferred Skills

• Experience with creative agencies or media production companies
• Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or scheduling platforms
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
• Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
