What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor trends in skincare, beauty, and digital marketing
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build community relationships
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams
• Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Experience with content creation (graphics, captions, short-form video)
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar
• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and paid advertising
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interest or experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 12,000 – QAR 18,000 per month (depending on experience)
