Position Overview

Albayan Media-Africa LLC is seeking a highly organized and creative Media Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of media content and communications. The ideal candidate will coordinate across editorial, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality media output aligned with the company’s brand and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and scheduling of media content across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tracking.
• Liaise with journalists, editors, designers, and video production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Support the development and execution of media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain media databases, contact lists, and content archives.
• Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
• Coordinate logistics for interviews, press releases, and media events when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in media coordination, communications, or digital content management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of media production tools (photo/video editing is a plus).
