Job Description

Index AR Solutions is seeking a highly organized and creative media coordinator to travel to project destinations, capture high quality photography and video in the field, and produce polished media assets that support marketing, communications, and client engagement efforts. This role combines technical production skills with strong interpersonal abilities, serving as both a content creator and on-site representative of the company.

In addition to field production and post-production responsibilities, this role will support the formatting and preparation of instructional media content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) with training provided, to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional presentation across training materials. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a team in dynamic environments. A media portfolio is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

Field Production & Travel

  • Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
  • Capture professional-grade photography and video content in outdoor and operational environments.
  • Plan shoots based on project goals, environmental conditions, and brand standards.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Ensure media reflects brand quality, professionalism, and strategic messaging.

Post-Production & Asset Management

  • Edit photos and video into compelling, high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform color correction, audio editing, and formatting for multiple platforms.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Deliver final media on schedule and in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage file backups and data security while traveling.

Learning Management System Content Support (Training provided)

  • Format text, media, and instructional content for deployment within Learning Management Systems.
  • Upload and organize video, images, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure proper layout, branding accessibility, and media optimization.
  • Maintain version control and content accuracy.

Requirements

A college degree in Photography, Videography, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience; other college degrees will be considered if applicable to the media coordinator position. (Experience: 0-4 years with a college degree, 4-10 years without a college degree).

  • Must have the willingness and capacity to learn new skills and take direction.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to visualize needed images, videos, and graphics over a multitude of topics.
  • Must be a self-starter who can recognize what needs to be done and do it.
  • The candidate should be comfortable with filling gray space when it arises.
  • General knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • A media portfolio is required for consideration.
  • Candidates must be able to lift 30-50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
