Media Data and Analytical Lead

Job Overview:
The Media Data/Analytical Lead will manage all aspects of data analysis and performance measurement for marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in data visualization, advanced analytics, and research methodologies, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Python, and other analytics platforms. The individual will play a key role in delivering actionable insights to optimize media strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of data-driven measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze media performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Python and other visualization tools.
  • Apply advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques using Python and related tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define KPIs, track performance, and improve ROI.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics technologies and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts on data analytics tools and methodologies.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, media data, or related roles.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, CRM and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms and performance measurement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent data storytelling and visualization abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data simply.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
