Jr. Data & Lead Scrapper (Onsite)

Timings: 9am – 6PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generator / Data Scraper to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing high-quality leads and accurate contact data using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ContactOut, and other lead generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and extract potential leads across targeted industries.
• Use tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ContactOut, and other platforms for data scraping and lead generation.
• Build and maintain accurate lead databases including verified contact details (emails, phone numbers, company information).
• Ensure all data is clean, up-to-date, and properly segmented for outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with campaign objectives.
• Track, report, and optimize lead generation activities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Just 6-12 months of experience in lead generation, data scraping, or list building.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ContactOut, and similar tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and organize large datasets efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in B2B lead generation, sales support, or market research.
• Knowledge of data enrichment, email verification tools, and outreach strategies.
