Job Title: Head of Media & Digital Content

Source Code Academia is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Media & Digital Content to oversee our digital branding and creative production. This role will lead our Social Media, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams while ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s growth strategy and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors
• Develop and implement effective social media and digital content strategies
• Monitor and approve creative assets including graphics, videos, and marketing content
• Maintain strong and consistent branding across all digital platforms
• Organize content schedules and coordinate marketing campaigns
• Evaluate analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach

Requirements

Portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• 4–9 years of experience in digital media management, content leadership, or marketing strategy
• Proven experience managing creative or marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital branding practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and creative thinking abilities
