Role Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Executive / Manager who can drive performance across Google Ads and Meta Adsplatforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, along with technical expertise in tracking and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor daily performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROAS.
- Technical Setup & Tracking
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Pixel Integration, and GA4 tracking.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across platforms.
- Optimization & Reporting
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Suggest improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and reduce cost per acquisition.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of GTM, Pixel Integration, and GA4.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
