Job Description Content Programming Coordinator

The Content Programming Coordinator (CPC) will assist in building movie and TV content libraries for our aviation clients. The CPC is expected to be passionate about content and able to use that enthusiasm and knowledge to effectively research, screen and evaluate titles. CPCs support Content Programming Managers (CPMs) in producing high quality, commercially beneficial content recommendations and may support one or more accounts depending on workload. Once a client has approved their final selections, the CPC documents these choices for the Global Operations team to order and process media.

Remote Options

This role will operate on a hybrid schedule: 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Research movie, TV, and/or audio content for aviation clients based on their customer profiles and contractual requirements
  • Screen content to assess quality and relevance to the client
  • Write critical reviews and rate content screened to be used as an internal quality measurement and for client reporting
  • Research using a variety of tools and available assets (e.g., language tracks, edited versions, HD/4K)
  • Assist in completing internal paperwork to document content selections for the Operations team to order and process
  • Escalate relevant issues to management as they arise to ensure adherence to deadlines
Expectations
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent international degree)
  • Proven ability to work in a high paced, time sensitive environment
  • In depth knowledge of movie and TV content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
