Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Media Operations team as a Department Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the team’s daily tasks and projects. 1. INTERNAL TASK COORDINATION & FOLLOW-UP
2. DOCUMENTATION & INFORMATION MANAGMENT
3. CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL LIAISON (REPLACING "FINANCIAL & GENERAL OFFICE SUPPORT")
Requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
Language: Must be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and express ideas accurately.
CORE SKILLS
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant OA systems.
Organization: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and confdentiality.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
