Now, we are looking for a Media Planning Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team and help shape data-driven strategies that will drive our global growth.


About the Role

In this role, you will manage media planning processes across digital and traditional channels, working closely with local and international brand teams and media agencies to maximize the impact of our communication investments.


Key Responsibilities

  1. TV planning experience preferred, Digital experience is plus
  2. Develop and manage media strategies for Şölen brands in both domestic and international markets
  3. Build integrated media strategies across offline (TV, outdoor, print, radio) and online (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) platforms
  4. Prepare annual media budgets and monitor media investments by country
  5. Coordinate with media agencies and evaluate performance analyses
  6. Report campaign results and take action based on insights
  7. Track media consumption trends and audience behaviors in global and local markets
  8. Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure alignment and local adaptation
  9. Drive innovation and data-driven approaches in media investment decisions


Qualifications

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in media planning (preferably within global or FMCG brands, or media agencies)
  2. Experience in both online and offline media planning
  3. Experience working with global media agencies and platforms
  4. Excellent command of English
  5. Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and reporting skills
  6. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and media measurement tools
  7. Team-oriented, result-driven, and innovative
