Responsibilities

Assist Head of Media and Corporate Communication in developing comprehensive strategies for print, digital, broadcast and social media channels.

Hands on in crafting well-researched content under strict deadlines. A background in print media with newsroom experience will be an added advantage.

Drive brand architecture and messaging ensuring alignment with overall strategy, leadership voice and global presence.

Conceptualise and execute high-impact integrated communication campaigns to amplify project milestones and various sustainability initiatives.

Serve as brand custodian, responsible for reputation management and stakeholder perception - locally and internationally.

Coordinate with PR agencies for events drafting press notes, and content for brochures, and other business collaterals.

Organize and archive dossiers for quick retrieval and reference.

Track media placements, monitor press clippings, and compile periodic reports on media outreach effectiveness and sentiment analysis.

Work closely with senior team members to align crisis responses with corporate strategy.

Must be a team player with an attitude to handle complex assignments with confidence and conviction.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
10-15 Years
Preferred Industry
Experience in media relations, corporate communication, or public affairs.
Strong background in traditional and digital media engagement, with a proven track record in managing PR campaigns.
Experience working with political entities, government stakeholders, or advocacy groups preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and regional languages (Tamil, Urdu, Marathi)
