Media Production Manager

Handle the Media and Production requirements of INDEX Holding group of companies and the client base for INDEX Media in line with INDEX Holding’s strategic plan, vision, mission, values, goals and objectives and the business plan set for INDEX Media Member of INDEX Holding.

Responsibilities

· Supervisory Responsibilities; directly supervises its team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policy and procedures;

· Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, appraising performance;

· Responsible for the entire Production affairs of INDEX Media;

· Responsible for all Communication and Protocol matter of INDEX Media.

· Managing and preparing departments’ budget annually and submit to the finance department, as well as retaining all related documentation;

· Responsible for Employees development by providing the appropriate motivation and training to the entire team;

· To oversee the administrative requirements of the Department and managing the member’s day to day administrative issues and annual performance appraisal.

· You'll be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of the job is dealing with people management.

· Develop relationships with major media contacts and promote Index Holding.

· Create and maintain all corporate communication.

· Supervise the Cameraman, Editors, Videographers and Graphic Designers and assist in strategic planning for all communication.

· Provide support to other departments and team members when and as requested.

· Manage quality control and quality standards for Index Holding

· Plan annual budget and workforce/manpower analysis.

· Identify problems and produce alternative solutions.

LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT

· Lead program-wide media relations and work as a key member of Index Holding.

· Maintain daily contact with journalist, producers, editors and the marketing team.

· Responding to major events and high profile issues related to key stakeholders.

· Be proactive in decision-making and maintain strategic alliances with key business leaders and maintain day-to-day relationships with both internal and external customers/clients.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor degree in Marketing or Media.

· 5 years' experience in Production and Media.

Skills required

· Excellent listening skills.

· Excellent speaking and written communication in Arabic and English.

· Strong attention to detail.

· The ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· The ability to create analytical presentations.

· Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
